 Management of Change, or MOC, is a best practice used to ensure that safety, health and environmental risks are controlled when a company makes changes in their facilities, documentation, personnel, or operations.   

 MOC often seems deceptively simple in concept, but can be very effective in the prevention of accidents and can be used as a best practice at worksites where the Process Safety Management rule doesn’t apply.  

 Generally, a business need or opportunity becomes a project or business solution and requires changes in the workplace that can affect processes, systems, people, or organizational structure. Project Management Professional with experience in the LNG, Pipeline, Oil Gas, Chemical Construction Industries, with many years in Senior positions on large and medium size projects both international and domestically; with a strong personal drive to ensure that both internal and external stakeholders’ goals are achieved which include projects being completed according to the contract on time and on budget.

It is my personal promise to ensure that all company safety programs are adhered to for the team members I supervise.

Proteus Project Services has project management arena from Managing Project, this includes project set up from Charter Inception through to project close out.

This includes Project Scheduling / Planning, Cost Setup, Monitoring, Forecasting and Cost reporting a all levels.

Carlos Pina has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston and is a current PMP holder.

He also has attended Oracle University for Primavera P6.

He has received advanced Training in Risk Management.

While in Country (Saudi Arabia) he was a member of the Saudi Consul of Engineers. 

A guest Lecture /  Invited Speaker at the American International University Kuwait.
